Working with US When Casey and Mark created the Encore Apparel Company they sought to build a business enterprise that not only produced original, premium apparel items, but was committed to making meaningful contributions to the local community.  Even though the tight-knit EAC team has plenty of fun - most days you'll find us working on new designs, rocking great tunes and connecting with our customers - we remain laser focused on further strengthening our business and growing our brand.  Only with serious growth can you open up opportunity, whether that opportunity is to expand product lines, to reach new markets or above all else to positively impact more people.   When hiring for our team, we look for talented individuals that are smart, personable and who want to be part of something a little bit different. Internships An internship with Encore Apparel Company is a great way to gain experience in a small, start-up environment while potentially opening up the door to future long-term employment. We look for college students or recent graduates that can commit to a minimum of 20 hours a week.  Internships last for approximately twelve weeks and we will employ two interns each season - fall, winter, spring, summer.  Internships are currently unpaid, but these valuable roles are usually the first place we source talent for future paid positions.  At the very least you'll gain first hand experience working in an early-stage venture and most likely will receive a glowing, professional reference from us.  If you'd like to apply for one or our seasonal, unpaid internships, please send us an email at internship@encoreapparel.com.  We'd like to hear about what draws you to Encore Apparel, what you hope to gain through an internship with us and what skills/experience you can utilize in helping to further develop the Encore brand.  If you have experience with graphical design or film/photography we'd love to see any sample work you've done previously.   Please Note: Our first internships will begin Feb 15th and will be based at our Charlestown office.
