We make every attempt to process and ship all items one business day after receiving your order. As a small business occasionally we’ll need an extra day to pack and ship your new EAC item, but you’ll receive an email confirmation and a tracking number on your package when it goes out.
We ship using UPS SurePost which combines the reliability of UPS Ground with final local delivery handled by USPS. All items are sent via standard shipping in terms of cost and delivery times. Shipping cost is dependent on the delivery distance from our Charlestown office. If your order is of an urgent nature, please call us and let us know what you need and we’ll try to make it happen.
We understand that returns happen. Encore Apparel Co. offers a 30-day return policy after purchase date (excluding sale items – which are always final). If any issues arise in the 30 days following your purchase, we’re committed to providing a full refund or exchange.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once we receive your item back, we’ll process the refund (minus return shipping) to the original form of payment.
